Working principle

When the dirt-containing air enters the lower box through the air inlet, part of it settles. When the slight dust floats, it is retained by the filter bag. The purified air passes through the filter bag and the spiral tube into the upper box, and is discharged from the air outlet. The dust adhering to the outer wall of the filter bag keeps increasing. When the resistance is within the limited range (generally 80-120 mm water column), the dust adhering to the outer wall of the filter needs to be removed. The dust cleaning is carried out by the control instrument triggering each control valve in sequence at regular intervals and opening the pulse valve. The compressed air in the air tank is ejected through the holes of the blowing pipe (primary air), and then induced into the filter bag several times the volume of the surrounding air (secondary air) through the Venturi tube. This causes the filter bag to expand rapidly in an instant and, accompanied by the reverse effect of the airflow, the dust shaken off falls into the ash valve and is discharged from the body through the ash discharge valve.
